1078 - Kangaroo Classic

Love it. I'm aussie and living in USA. I had one previously that my kids lost so had to order a new one. The yanks love it, I get many compliments. More than 1 person has asked to feel it after I tell them its kangaroo leather.

Love this hat!

The hat and customer service are amazing. Brayyd jumped on a call with me, answered my questions about sizing and style, and even let me order 2 styles and return one to ensure I got the perfect hat. And boy is it everything I wanted. Looks fantastic, holds its shape well, packable!!, and comfortable. Despite being solid leather, it surprisingly doesn't make my head overheat, even in very hot weather (and I tend to run hot). The kangaroo leather is excellent quality.

The only con I've noticed is that being leather, I can't really soak it in a river to keep my head cool like I would a fabric hat. That's not a fault of the hat, but just something to keep in mind if you're going for leather. But the looks and durability far outweigh that in 90% of situations. I'll just bring a lightweight (unstylish) fabric hat for backpacking, haha.
