Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5 days (FREE for all order values)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 - 3 days ($15.00 Fed Ex 2Day/ UPS 2ND DAY AIR)
  • Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • We ship FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point, meaning ownership transfers to the customer once the package leaves our facility.
  • If a package is marked "delivered" but not received:
    • Check with neighbors or household members.
    • Contact the carrier for delivery details.
    • File a claim with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.
    • If stolen, consider filing a police report.
