I have purchased two of the poly safari hats (Panama hats). They fit great, are well made and bounce back from some mild to moderate crushing. I'm not sure I would crush it into a tiny ball, but am confident it will wear well without serious abuse. UPS destroyed the box for my order (no fault of the seller). As soon as I contacted the seller, they offered to replace them straight away, which they did. Five star seller with a great product and great customer service.
